We have taken birth in this world to accomplish various assignments, whether the jobs are predestined for us or earned at our own efforts, the conception varies from individual to individual. It is said that the wheel of life gets clogged from various sides when there is no work left in life to engage in and life trudges ahead with numberless problems both for the body and the mind. Hence, it is needful for every individual to involve in some work according to one’s capability whether at home or outside home to make the horse of life gallop forward with energy and gusto.

            Therefore, it can be said that to work can be taken as our birth right to make our life enjoyable. We always work with some objectives whether to fend for our own selves or while away our time worthily that keeps  us in good spirits or to cater to the various needs of others whether within the domestic purview or in the domain outside.   

            Quite a few numbers can be branded as the luckiest group of people on this earth, for whom their professions and their hobbies happen to be the same. They can be said as the chosen ones of God who are pursuing their hobbies as their professions. In such a case, it leaves an enormous space for them to exude their love and interest for their work and devote themselves to give the best to it. Hence, working in such a blissful state with full sincerity leads to the personal growth of the person and their work sector is immensely benefited resultant of that.    

                However, this world is full of uncertainty and challenges and it often happens that we are not rewarded with the jobs of our choices for our efforts so far undertaken for the occupations. Hence, doing a job that generates no interest for the worker keeps them under different constraints and the task converts into a dreary one. Working under such circumstances never fails to spawn such a feeling that one is sapped of all the energy at the end of the day’s work.

            The prime fallout of doing a job that seems not to interest the doer is that it retards their self growth. When the worker perceives their self to be stagnating at work sector, the worms of anxieties and unrest breed in them. This not only undermines their spirits but also witnesses no contribution of them to the growth of the milieu they are in.   

            Therefore, before opting for any job, it is needful to make an analysis whether the person seeking for it is interested in it or not. It is always prudent to go for a profession that happens to be an interesting one because that becomes advantageous for the developments of both the professional as well as of the working area which they are in. Doing a job that is exciting, brings out its performer’s virtue of sincerity or honesty to full bloom in their work arena.

            But as it is already mentioned that in this world of uncertainty, it also happens that we have sometimes to do such work, which happens not to be of our choice.  In such a case, when it becomes obligatory for someone to carry on such a task due to various reasons, one should be very cautious in making it sure that doing such a job does not disintegrate them spiritually. To upkeep one’s spirits in such a situation, it is necessary to look into the job intensively to reveal its aspects that happen to be appealing for the worker. Those aspects are surely to be available in the work because nothing can be stated as totally dark in this world but is taken to have also silver lining. The positive sides discovered in the work that seems to be tedious will manage to capture the worker’s interest and build their love for it and ease out the crisis faced by them in doing it.

            Apart from the above, another way of making the dreary job pleasing is to perform it in a creative or an innovative way. An endeavour should be undertaken to give it some tweak or a new facet that will eat away most of its bleakness and make it lovable or enjoyable for us. Hence, the skills discussed so far can be practiced both at home and outside home to convert our dull work into engaging one. Practicing these skills, can save one from their ruing their lot at any place and at any time and from the nameless fatigue that always becomes successful to overcome them due to their doing household work that they find to be monotonous.           

            Hence, whatever work we have to do, we should always try to make it lovable or enjoyable for us because that only brings in the scope for the progress of both the worker as well as of their work sector with the doer revealing full sincerity for or devotion to their profession.
