When joy fizzed through the others’ windows,

His feet sprang and tapped in glee,

When misfortune seized and fleeced the others,

His soul crumpled under the cloak of gloom,

When the others strolled in tatters,

He declined to be weighed down

Under the heavy price tag of voguish outfit,

When hunger shredded the others’ stomachs,

He never allowed the appetite to route in him,

When the others passed their roofless days,

Open to the nature’s frown or smile,

He then moored under the dark sky’s canopy,

When he opened his bag of fortune,

He but stretched his hands for all,

Whether rich or poor or high or low,

But he now walks among his human race,

As an alien, uncalled for.
